Request to Amend the Zoning By-law Application No.: 2007-142554 STE 18 OZ
Applicant: Urban Strategies Inc
Location of Application: 2 Gladstone Avenue
Proposal
The applications to amend the Zoning By-law propose an 8 story mixed use building with commercial uses at grade and residential dwelling units above for the property at 2 Gladstone Avenue. The proposed building steps back above the fourth floor on the South and East sides.

Purpose of Public Meeting
You are invited to attend the public meeting to make your views known regarding the proposal. To assist in scheduling, if you wish to address the Toronto and East York Community Council, please notify the City Clerk, attention, Christine Archibald, Administrator, Toronto and East York Community Council, at (416) 392-7033, by no later than September 7th, 2007.
If you wish to submit written comments, please forward them to the City Clerk, attention: Christine Archibald, Toronto and East York Community Council, at the address set out in this notice or by Fax: (416) 392-2980 or by e-mail to teycc@toronto.ca.
Toronto and East York Community Council will review the proposal and any other material placed before it, in order to make recommendations on the application. These recommendations will then be forwarded to Toronto City Council for its consideration.
