Preliminary report for an Official Plan Amendment and rezoning application dated January 23, 2006. This report seeks Community council's directions on furher processing of the applications and of the community consultation process. This report pertains to the third proposal for these lands since Spring 2005.
In its meeting on 7 February, 2006, the Toronto and East York Community Council approved the staff recommendations in the Recommendations Section of this report.
